Youth Work Permit

Effective July 1, 2015, with the exception of minors in entertainment, work permits are no longer required for youth age 16 and older.

Complete the Employment Certificate Online for Minors Under Age 16 by visiting https://dol.georgia.gov/get-youth-work-permit-online

You can also complete the Work Permit Data Sheet and email to [email protected]

Forms may also be returned to Ms. Boyer's office, located in the Counseling Suite.
