Vision Statement  

All graduates from Lithia Springs High School are collaborative individuals who engage in learning and active pursuit of their goals.  They are vital members of a community of lifelong learners with unique characteristics who value their own abilities as well as those of their peers. They take their own talents and skills to be highly successful, well-adjusted people who contribute positively to their local community.

Mission Statement

The school counseling department at Lithia Springs High School is committed to providing a comprehensive, developmental, data-driven counseling program to ensure that all students have the academic, personal-social, and 21st century global skills needed to graduate and successfully pursue post-secondary options.  Through partnership with educators, parents, and the community, the counselors facilitate the common objective of maximizing student learning and achievement in a safe and supportive environment.  The department will maximize opportunities for equity and access for all students to the counseling program for the good of the group with high levels of respect for diversity.
