Transcript Request
Please make sure you follow ALL steps listed below to request a final transcript.

Official Transcripts are sent when applying to colleges, some scholarships, etc.

Former students
 must follow directions on how to order from Douglas County School System website.

Current students can request final transcript requests via the school's Registrar Mrs. Speer or complete the steps below.  


FINAL Transcripts are ordered in the Spring of the Senior year (and Summer after).  These will need to be ordered by ALL graduating Seniors going to any post-secondary school. These aren't mailed out until late June each year and all colleges are aware of this timeline. 

Final Transcript Request

Remember ONE form must be filled out per request please! 

Steps:

  1. Pay for your Official Transcript.  Make sure to keep track of your receipt number.  You will need this for Step 2.  You can go to lshs.dcssga.org, click on “Pay Online” (Under the home banner), then you will see on the left side Student Fees Online Payment, then select "FINAL TRANSCRIPT REQUEST (CURRENT STUDENTS ONLY)" or  Click here for the direct link to pay.
  2. Fill out the Final Official Transcript Google Form.
