Mission Statement

The school counseling department at Lithia Springs High School is committed to providing a comprehensive, developmental, data-driven counseling program to ensure that all students have the academic, personal-social and 21st century global skills needed to graduate and successfully pursue post-secondary options.  Through partnership with educators, parents and the community, the counselors facilitate the common objective of maximizing student learning and achievement in a safe and supportive environment.  The department will maximize opportunities for equity and access for all students to the counseling program for the good of the group with high levels of respect for diversity.
