Challenge Accepted and Accomplished! A huge round of applause goes out to Dr. Napier and our incredible LSHS Robotics Team for their fantastic entry into the Cultural Art Center's annual Scarecrow Contest!
This year’s creation, affectionately named "SCRAPPY," truly lived up to its name, showcasing the team’s ingenuity using salvaged and recycled materials. The initial concept and design for SCRAPPY were the brainchild of Julie Cardenas, the Robotics Team's talented Media Lead.
If you happen to be downtown in the Douglasville area, we highly encourage you to take a stroll past the Cultural Art Center to see all the creative scarecrow displays, including our very own SCRAPPY! It’s a wonderful way to support our students and see their innovative spirit shine outside of the competition arena.
