Lithia Springs High School is proud to launch a powerful new partnership with our athletic programs aimed at building a championship-level culture across our campus. The L.E.A.D. Lithia Initiative is officially underway, setting the tone for what it means to lead as a Lion.
Rooted in four core pillars — Leadership, Excellence, Accountability, and Determination — this initiative is designed to empower our student-athletes to lead with purpose, integrity, and pride. Through these pillars, students are learning how to guide and inspire others, hold themselves to high standards, take ownership of their actions, and push through challenges both on and off the field.
To kick off the initiative, student-athletes participated in a mini leadership retreat where they engaged in team-building, reflection, and real conversations about what it means to create a winning culture. This experience helped lay the foundation for an athlete-driven environment where leadership is not just expected, but lived daily.
