New Personal Electronics Policy

Beginning this school year, all Douglas County High Schools will be cell-phone free.
What this means for students:

All high school students will be required to store the following personal electronic devices from 8:20 am to 3:10 pm.

  • Cell phones

  • Tablets/iPads

  • Smart glasses

  • Wireless earbuds/headphones

Students are expected to keep all personal electronic devices out of use during the school day. Devices should be stored in book bags, secured in vehicles, or managed according to the classroom teacher's established procedures.
