We want to congratulate STEM student, Kingston Vastine on being selected as the Star Student! Kingston is a senior with a passion for computer science, and his dedication to his studies is truly remarkable. He’s already set his sights on the future, as he’s committed to attending Georgia Institute of Technology to major in Software Engineering, with plans to one day become a security system engineer.
He appreciates the STEM program's challenging classes and the strong relationships he has built with students and staff. A special shout-out goes to Ms. Carr for encouraging Kingston to continuously push himself to be better.
In his free time, Kingston enjoys working on robotics projects and loves cooking. One of his most memorable moments was the 2023 First Robotics competition, where the team faced tough challenges but persevered to keep competing. With a GPA of 3.73, Kingston’s dedication to his studies and future career is truly inspiring. Congratulations again, Kingston!
