PROM 2025: "Fly Me to the Moon" (Prom Early Check-Out Form 2025)
Parents/Guardians,
This year, the LSHS Prom falls on a Friday evening. We understand that the prom is a very special occasion and requires lots of preparation and celebration. We want our students and parents to be able to enjoy this time together and make the most of this moment.
Therefore, we are allowing for early check-out on Friday, March 28 at 11:25 am. This check-out time will allow for students to be counted present for the full-day. To make the process easy for students and parents, we are asking that you complete and submit this form by Wednesday, March 26. You will receive a verification call from the Attendance Office to confirm parent permission. Once confirmed, your child will be able to leave at 11:25 (end of 2nd period) on March 28. If we do not receive this form back, parents/guardians will have to follow normal check-out procedures by coming into the building to check out in the main office lobby. If you have any questions, please call Ms. Aaron in the Attendance Office at (770) 651-6705.
