Overview of the Program

The SOAR program is a part of the 21st Century Community Learning Center Grant which focuses on the need to bridge the transitional gap between day school and after school activities by providing academic support and enrichment opportunities.  The strategic design of the program is geared to increase student academics, improve self-esteem and provide exposure to life-skills through hands-on activities.  Our goal is to concentrate on early intervention to ensure our students’ succeed in their educational endeavors.
