Bryanna Jordan-Pettit

Hello, my name is...

Mrs. Jordan-Pettit

I grew up in Douglas County for most of my life. I attended Turner Middle School and graduated from LSHS in 2016. During my time at Lithia Springs High School, I was a part of the Biomedical Science pathway in the STEM program, played on the girls golf team, and participated in many clubs. I attended Kennesaw State University, where I majored in Biology and minored in psychology. After graduating in December 2020, I became an Environmental Health Specialist for Cobb & Douglas Public Health. After deciding that job was not for me, I turned back to LSHS, where I spent the 22-23 school year as the Engineering long-term substitute.

Currently, I have joined Lion nation full-time and now teach Environmental Science! Science is my passion, and I'm excited to share that passion with my students. I am a firm believer that your time in school is what you make of it, and it's always better to try than to later regret it. My advice to all students is to learn as much as you can, get involved and discover your interests. You never know what or who could change your life for the better. (:
